These terms govern your use of CommitSEO. By connecting a site or Google account, you agree to them.
CommitSEO audits a website you control, identifies technical and content issues, and - at the autonomy level you choose - proposes or directly applies changes such as page titles, meta descriptions, structured data, and internal links. Every change is logged with enough information to reverse it ("revert").
Any change we apply can be reverted from your dashboard or through the panic button in the WordPress plugin. We verify changes by re-fetching your live page after applying them; a change that fails this check is automatically reverted.
We aim to improve technical health and search visibility, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Search engine behavior is outside our control.
This is an early-stage product. We'll do our best to keep it running and to communicate planned downtime, but we don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommitSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You can disconnect your site and revoke Google access at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, violates a connected platform's terms (e.g. Google's), or fails to pay for a paid plan.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
